Regional and seasonal
Our kitchen team offers our hotel guests freshly cooked regional and seasonally changing dishes. In addition to products from our own farm (meat, eggs), we source our food from local and regional producers to offer guests the kind of high quality they can taste.
Our half board included in the room price includes
- an extensive breakfast buffet with freshly prepared egg dishes (the eggs come from our own free-range hens)
- a mountain breakfast on our own Alpine meadow called Maisäß in German 🙂
- Afternoon snacks
- Evening meal – daily changing 5-course dinner with 3 main courses to choose from or changing hot/cold themed buffets
- Children's menu changing daily
