Our current cancellation conditions:

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 months prior to your confirmed arrival date.
Up to 1 month prior to your arrival date we charge 40% of the total price arrangement of your booking.
Up to 1 week prior to your arrival date we charge 70% of the total price arrangement of your booking.

If your cancellation is less than 1 week prior to your arrival date, cancellation fees amounting to 90% of the total amount will apply.

To protect yourself from possible cancellation costs, we recommend to take out travel cancellation insurance. We also refer to the General Conditions of the AustrianHotel Industry, which you can download at the following link: download
