Our kitchen team offers our hotel guests freshly cooked regional and seasonally changing dishes. In addition to products from neighboring farmers, we source our food from local and regional producers to offer guests the kind of high quality they can taste.
Our half board included in the room price enfolds
- a rich breakfast buffet with regional delicacies and freshly prepared egg dishes
- Afternoon snack sweet and savory
- a mountain breakfast in a rustic mountain hut (in the summer months of July and August, 1-2 times a week)
- Fine evening menu of choice or buffet – daily changing 5-course dinner with 3 main courses to choose from or changing hot/cold themed buffets
- Drinks and raw food bar in the wellness area
